It provides both Bi Phasic and Mono Phasic stimulation, and contains three output modes: continuous, surge, or reciprocal. To ensure each patient's comfort and safety, the MS401B stimulator has a safety reset function as part of the intensity controls. This resets the intensity settings to default between appointments, so that there is no overlap between different patients. The electrical stimulator also has a patient treatment stop switch, giving patients the power to stop the stimulation if they feel uncomfortable. Other features include a default 30-minute timer and a detachable power cord. The box is also equipped with a convenient handle for portability.
